1. The service
Petzo is a digital health journal for your pets: care tracking, expenses, sharing, reminders.
The service is provided 'as is' and never replaces veterinary advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
You warrant the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Content you publish
You remain the owner of the data and photos you store.
You grant us the strictly necessary licence to store and display that content within the service.
4. Premium subscription
The service offers a free trial, then a paid Premium subscription.
Billing via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; access remains until the end of the paid period.
No pro-rata refund unless legally required (14-day EU withdrawal right on first subscription).
5. Acceptable use
No attempts to compromise security, no mass data extraction, no illegal use.
6. Liability
We strive for continuity and reliability, without guaranteeing zero interruption.
Our total liability is capped at amounts paid in the 12 preceding months.

7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from My account → Settings.
We may suspend an account in case of obvious breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Petzo's registered office have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
