You can request permanent deletion of your Petzo account and all associated data at any time.

- All pet records
- Care, reminders, medical history and passports
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Expenses and financial history
30-day grace period
After your request, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased within 30 days. During this period you can write to us to cancel.
